| Abstract: | This text to begin with the theory of the protection of fetal personal interest, talks about the feasibility of adding the standards of the damage of fetal personal interest in the 《Medical malpractice classification standards （pilot）》 and detailing the standards of compensation of the damage of fetal personal interest in the 《Medical malpractice treatment Bill》 , so there are law regulation to deal with this kind of dispute properly. |
