| 摘 要： | 《物权法》是一部确认中国改革开放、现代化建设、全面建设小康社会和构建社会主义和谐社会的成就法与和谐法。它有利于保障我国社会主义经济和谐发展,促进物质文明建设;有利于维护我国社会主义政治和谐发展,促进政治文明建设;有利于深化我国社会主义思想道德和谐发展,促进精神文明建设;有利于协调我国社会与自然之间可持续发展,促进生态文明建设。

| Abstract: | The "Property Ownership Law" is a law of achievement and concordance to confirm China's reform and opening to the outside world,modernization drive,comprehensive comparatively well-off social construction and harmonious society structure.It is conducive to ensuring harmonious Chinese socialist economic development,and promotes material civilization construction;it helps keep the development in Chinese socialist political concordance and facilitate political civilization construction;it conduces to deepening harmonious development in Chinese socialist ideology and morality,and advances spiritual civilization construction;it is advantageous to the coordination of sustainable development between society and nature in China,and encourages ecological civilization. |
