| 摘 要： | 法律意识是法治模式构建、运行与变迁的先导和基础，直接决定和反映着一个地区乃至一个国家的法治状态和法治水平。纵观我国改革开放的发展历程，农民法律意识的形成和培养始终伴随和影响着农村法治化建设乃至我国社会主义法治国家建设的进程。因此，研究当代中国农村法治化进程问题，必然要将农民的法律意识置于其中，关注社会转型过程中农民法律意识的变化及其特点．将法治建设与农民法律意识的提高和法律制度的创新结合起来。
