| 摘 要： | 出口加工区外资企业、跨国公司集中 ,劳动关系异常复杂而敏感 ,工会工作最具挑战性。本文对菲律宾、马来西亚、毛里求斯三国出口加工区劳动关系、劳动立法、工会组建、会员培训以及经济全球化、国际劳工公约的研究、运用 ,对在国外工作的工人的权益保护等课题进行了介绍 ,还对我国特区、开发区工会借鉴其经验提出了建议。
