Exploration on the Problems of the Conviction of the Money-laundering Crime

A good legislation needs the serious execution of the judicial body to realize its legislative goal,and the perfect execution of law needs a clear legislative principle.In order to effectively blow the money-laundering crime,it is necessary to analyze the following problems: whether the crime includes the completed offense and the completed offense;its joint offense relationship with its up-stream crime;its nature determination of excessive money-laundering actions;and its difference with the relative crime,so to direct the judicial practice.
