| 摘 要： | 劳动合同是市场经济条件下劳动关系确立的基础 ,也是劳动法律制度中的一项重要任务。现行法律法规有关劳动合同的规定存在不少不明确的地方 ,致使在实践中引起不少争议。本文通过对这些实践问题研究 ,指出现行规定的一些缺陷 ,并对其修改提出一些建议。
