| 摘 要： | 我国的企业民主管理理论在一定程度上已落后于实践,应当予以完善。发展和完善企业民主管理理论,有必要从单纯的政治思维模式下解脱出来,从经济规律、社会规律揭示出企业民主管理制度的科学性和必要性。社会普遍地、自觉地接受了民主管理理论,那么,推行企业民主管理制度,就减少了阻力,增强了合力。

| Abstract: | Industrial democracy theory in China gets behind practice in a certain extent.China should enhance to study industrial democracy theory, break away simple political thought model, and open out a scientific characteristics and necessity about the system of industrial democracy from the views of economic and social rules.If the society accepts industrial democracy theory generally and self-consciously, there are less resistance and enhance resultant force of putting forward the system of industrial democracy. |
