| 摘 要： | 刑事悬赏是公安机关在刑事侦查中为了快速侦破案件,向社会不特定人作出的一种以赏金换取侦查线索的法律行为。刑事悬赏的性质:私法上的法律行为;单方法律行为。构建刑事悬赏制度包括悬赏海报的制作、适用范围、赏金来源、标准、发放原则、举报人权益保护。

| Abstract: | Offering a reward for the capture of a criminal is a kind of legal active that police used to face the public and investigate criminal cases quickly,the legal nature of offering a reward for the capture of a criminal is civil and one-sided legal active.Establishing the system of offering a reward for the capture of a criminal consists of formulating the paper for offering a reward,the range of suit,the source of price, standard,delivering principles, protecting the rights and interests of informers. |
