| 摘 要： | 新型FMRI测谎技术历经十多年的发展，已经从单纯的理论领域延伸到实践应用领域，甚至引入到庭审实践。将其与传统犯罪心理测试技术进行对比，可以发现FMRI测谎技术的优势和不足，并可以据此展望其在侦查实践中的应用前景。

| Abstract: | The new lie - detection technique of FMRI has sound principles of both theory and practice as its basis. Comparing with traditional psychological lie - detection technique, the author finds out the advantages and disadvantages of FMRI and looks into the future of FMRI in the practice of investigation. |
