| Abstract: | Deng's theory of socialist development is a scientific summary of experiences and lessons gained in socialist construction, while the scientific concept of development focuses on comprehending the law governing development, enriching the development content, innovating in the concept of development and opening up the thinking about development. It has deepened the understanding of the law of governance by the Communist Party of China, carried on, developed and innovated in Deng's theory of development. |
