摘    要:不公平感是企业职工群体中容易产生的一种极其有害的心理现象。企业的总结评比是企业职工产生不公平感的一个重要根源。企业要积极采取措施,消减职工的不公平感,以促进企业心理环境的良性发展。

Abstract:The sense of unfairness is a kind of harmful psychological phenomenon easily arising in an enterprise's faculty. One important reason of causing this is the enterprise's concluding evaluation. The enterprise should take active measures to reduce the faculty's sense of unfairness to promote the positive development of the enterprise's psychological environment.
