| 摘 要： | 21世纪前 10年,陕西经济发展可定为“后起飞跃”的模式。为了开创陕西经济高速发展新阶段,必须重视对这种态势的科学确认。陕西已具备了高速发展的基本条件。开创陕西高速发展新阶段,应突出抓好几个增长“高点”的培育。各级政府应真正做好推进“开创”的领导工作。
