| 摘 要： | 国家公职人员是指各级国家机关的工作人员，是行使国家权力．执行国家公务的主体。国家公职人员的法律意识，则是公职人员关于法律，尤其是行政法律、法规的思想、观点、知识和心理的总和。要明确公职人员法律意识在其行为规范中的标准与要求．公职人员的法律意识亟待增强；公职人员法律意识的培养途径。

So their law consiciousness and development in law is the key to a legal country. but how to make them command low and lowfuly exercise the power endowed by people. this article makes an attempt on tow to derelop the state public servants's law consciousness. |
