| 摘 要： | 自９０年代以来，为了迎合经济全球化这一潮流，我国对国内产业的保护程度一直呈弱化降低趋势。根据要素密集度、反映政府对产业保护程度的有效保护率以及反映企业整体管理水平来分析国内制造行业的产业组织现状，提出了“适度引入国际竞争与大力提高企业经营管理水平这一组合”的政策建议。

| Abstract: | The government of China is making efforts to decrease the protection to domestic industries in order to cater for the tide of Economic Globalization since l990. Al first, the author analyzes concretely the domestic current situation of industry organization from factor density, effective rate of protection, the level of management effciency and other indexes. Then on the base of empirical analysis, the author presents that the government of China should introduce the international competition measurably and makes efforts to improve the level of domestic firms' management. |
