| 摘 要： | 国家结构是国家的中央权力机关与地方权力机关、整体与局部之间的组成关系。国家结构形式主要可以分为单一制国家和复合制国家。根据历史民族情感、国际法的规定，中华人民共和国是单一制的国家，是中国的唯一合法政府，台湾是中华人民共和国的一部分。两岸的统一不能援用“两德模式”、“两朝模式”，只能采用“和平统一，一国两制”的方针。

| Abstract: | The structure of a country is a kind of relation which lies between central power organ and local power organ,entirety and part.The form of state's structure is divided into single state and multiple state.According to the historical emotion of a nation and the rule of international law,it is that the people's Republic of China that a single state and only legal government,Taiwan is a part of China.Therefore,the unity of two shores can't be adopted“ Two Germany Model”“ Two Korea Model” ,it is only adopted“ Peaceful Unity,two kinds of regiment of a country” . |
