浅析市场经济条件下的政府与企业

市场经济在实现资源配置时,会因现实市场的各种条件限制而出现市场失灵现象。为了提高市场效率,政府应采取一系列措施对企业行为进行适当干预:对于各种垄断,采用反垄断政策或市场进入管制;对于外部影响和公共产品,采用正反两方面的干预措施;对于信息不完全的市场,则通过相关法律或强制措施来干预。由于政府自身出现的障碍,对企业的干预必须有度,政府管制过多过细或方式不当,会引起企业的低效率。

In market economy there will be a fail ure in resources dispo-sition because of the various limita tions of conditions.To improve the market efficiency,government is supposed to take some measures to give a proper control to the enterprises:to use an ti -monopoly against monopoly or to e nploy market entrance control;to take pro s and cons steps to the outside influences and public products;to control the u nwell -informed market through rela tive laws or mandatory measures,But government ' s control should be limited to a certain degree because too much cont rol from the government will lead to l ow efficiency in enterprises.
