| 摘 要： | 经济增长主要依靠两种资本,即物质资本和人力资本。其中,物质资本是经济增长的基础,而人力资本则是经济增长的根本动力和源泉。对于我们这样一个经济欠发达的人口大国,如何合理开发与有效利用人力资本,不仅是一个需要理论界关注的课题,而且也是一个需要在实践中认真回答的问题。

| Abstract: | The economic increase mainly depends on two kinds of capital,that is material capital and labor capital.Within that,the material capital is the foundation of economic increase,and the labor capital will be the basic motive force and resources of economic increase facing such big developing country,how can we make rational development and effective use of labor capital.It is not only a guestion need pay great theoretical attention,but also a problem need serious answer in practice. |
