| 摘 要： | 公民法治教育应该以培养权利意识为重心还是以培养义务意识为重心,对于这一问题,当前几乎是一边倒地认为应该以培养权利意识为重心。而从权利与义务的关系、法治的人性基础、法治社会的建设、转型社会的特殊性等方面分析论证看,公民法治教育应该以义务意识的培养为重心。

| Abstract: | In the law-related education of citizen,we should attach importance to fostering awareness of right,or culturing awareness of obligation.Nowadays many people support the former.However,I uphold the latter.The paper demonstrates it from the relation of right and obligation,human nature base of ruling by law,construction of the society law and the particularity of transforming society.In the end,the paper puts forward the suggestions of fostering awareness of obligation. |
