| 摘 要： | 目前，我国禁毒工作存在对种植毒品原植物违法犯罪打击不力、对吸毒行为处罚过轻、贩毒分子利用未成年人贩毒逃避法律制裁等问题。因此，有必要采取强化禁毒意识、进一步完善禁毒法律法规、严格查禁过境贩毒等对策。

| Abstract: | At present, our country suppresses drug the work existence to plant the narcotic original plant illegal crime attack not strength, to takes drugs the behavior to punish excessively lightly, the drug trafficker uses questions and so on underage criminal escape legal sanction. Therefore, it is necessary to have the strengthened suppressing drug consciousness, further consummates the suppressing drug legal norm, investigates countermeasures strictly and so on transit dealing in narcotics. |
