| 摘 要： | 农业产业化经营是中国农业发展进程中的重要制度创新 ,本文通过分析制约当前中国农业产业化发展的“制度瓶颈” ,认为中国农业产业化经营的制度创新在于构建以土地制度、组织制度、风险保障制度、政府管理制度、科技制度等为重点内容的制度创新体系。
