浅议提高公务员运用新媒体的能力

今天,我们已经进入了媒体聚光灯和大众麦克风时代,尤其是以互联网和手机为代表的新媒体,实现了有线载体和无线终端的有机结合,直接导致人人自媒体。从政府的行政的角度来看,新媒体的出现无疑给我们带来了新的挑战。因此,应在充分把握新媒体的特征及其给行政管理带来的影响上,从网络问政、网络舆情的把握以及对突发事件的舆论引导方面提高公务员运用新媒体的能力。
