| 摘 要： | 四川省旅游资源得天独厚.四川省人大和四川省人民政府尽管已制定出了相关地方法规来保护四川省的旅游资源,且这些法规已在实践中发挥了其应有的重要作用,然而对旅游资源立法保护的力度仍显不够,制定一部专门保护四川省的旅游资源的地方法规-<四川省旅游保护和开发管理规定>势在必行.

| Abstract: | The tourist resources in Sichauan Province are richly endowed by nature. Sichuan Province National People's The tourist resources in Sichuan Province are richly endowed by nature.Sichuan Province National People's Congress and Sichuan Province people's government though the sixth of the twelve Earthly Branches make relvant local regulation is it protect tourist resources of Sichuan Province to come and these sixth of the twelve Earthly Branches of regulation has given pky to its important function that have to the limit in practice, but dynamics protected to legislate still apparent to tourist resources, make one protect local regulation of tourist resources of Sichuan Province specially-"Sichuan Province is it protect and develop regulation of management to travel"imperative. |
