| Abstract: | Message crime refers to the act that seriously does harm to society by sending messages to random or lots of owners of mobile telephones. Message crime would involve fairly lots of crimes because of its various content. Since its causes are in many ways, we should aim at them to take relevant preventing countermeasures. |
