建筑节能与现代物业管理关联性剖析

文中从建筑节能新标准的角度,分析了建筑节能的现状及建筑节能的重要性。对建筑节能设计理念、节能材料、节能设备、工艺的选用、节能政策与节能管理、建筑节能和物业管理的关联性进行了剖析,提出物业管理是建立和谐社会、节约型社会的基础,是政府节能普法教育的关键环节。开展建筑节能工作能提高人居社会品质,具有良好的社会经济效益,新的节能型物业管理是一种生活态度。

Analysis of the Relevancy of Construction Energy- Saving and Property Management

From the view of the new standards,this paper analyses the existing condition and the importance of construction energy-saving.The design concept of consuruction energy-saving,the choice of stuffs,equipments and arts and crafts and the relevancies of policies and administration,construction energy-saving and property management have been anatomized,The viewpoints have been proposed that property management is the basis of founding harmonious and conservation-conscious society,and it is also the critical link that the government promulgates the education of laws of energy-saving.The level of living quality of human beings can be enhanced by unfolding the work of construction energy-saving which has better sociometric benefit.The new saving property management is a kind of attitude of living.
