执政物理结构与公共绩效分析

Enhancement of performance management is a multi-dimensional system of diverse structures. Just as the physical structure cannot be neglected during the examination of a matter, the structural elements should be noted in analyzing performance management, such as system structure, hierarchy structure and decision structure. Any organization depends on the structural elements to turn its input into output.
