中国与泰国具有广泛的经贸合作关系,2004年我国成为泰国的第二大进口国和第三大出口国,是泰国的第三大贸易伙伴①。在我国农产品的出口中,蔬菜出口占有比较重要的地位,2001年、2002年和2003年我国蔬菜出口数额分别为17.45亿美元、18.83亿美元和21.80亿美元,占农产品出口总额的比重分别为11.30%、10.82%和10.56%。由于泰国的气候不适宜生产蔬菜,因此我国的蔬菜在泰国有很好的市场。2003年10月1日,中泰果蔬零关税协定正式生效,这对于扩大我国对泰国蔬菜出口是一个很好的契机。本文的蔬菜指的是海关统计商品目录第七章下的食用蔬菜、根及块茎。…
