| 摘 要： | 恐怖犯罪是对当今社会的一个严峻挑战,而我国刑事立法中却缺少有关恐怖犯罪的相应概念,因此,无法适应打击恐怖犯罪的现实需要。比较、研究我国和世界其他国家刑事立法中关于恐怖犯罪的有关规定或概念,对解决这一问题很有帮助。
