| 摘 要： | 社会主义市场经济运行的产权主体包括资本产权和劳动力产权,后者是市场经济劳动者地位、身份、权利、利益的根本性基础.劳动力产权实现的关键是剩余索取权.工会作为劳动者的群众组织,理应以维护劳动者权益为基本工作职能,积极参与企业经营管理.

| Abstract: | The main part of property rights of socialist market economy including capital and labor force, the latter is the basis of labor s status, identity, rights and interests in market economy. The key of labor prop-erty rights realization is the right of exact surplus value. As a mass organization, trade union should protect la-bor s rights and participate in enterprises management actively. |
