| Abstract: | The history of development of higher vocational education in many countries can be regarded as the history of legal construction in education. As a compulsive means, the law has effectively regulated its continuous development. Taking countries like USA, Germany, Japan, UK and Korea as examples, the thesis analyzes the characteristics and function of the legal construction in higher vocational education in these countries. |
