| 摘 要： | 韩国小额诉讼在处理民事纠纷方面利用率极高,这与其独特的制度理念与科学的程序设计有着密切的关系。韩国小额诉讼制度的理论与实践对我国小额诉讼程序有诸多值得借鉴之处,但同时韩国小额诉讼内含的制度痼疾也同样给我们以警示,为我国小额诉讼程序的合理构建提供了正反两方面的启示。

| Abstract: | The small claim procedure in Korea does benefits for handling civil disputes, which is due to its u- nique system idea and scientific programming. There are a lot of things that our country can learn from the the- ory and practice of the small claim procedure in Korea. Meanwhile, they will alert us on the construction of small claim procedure in pros and cons. |
