| 摘 要： | 伴随着两岸四地跨法域婚姻家庭的不断增多,跨法域继承关系也相应增加,继承法律制度冲突出现。在“一国两制”框架下,统一实体法难以实现,为合理解决冲突,研究港澳台继承制度,完善大陆继承制度尤为必要。

| Abstract: | The confliction in testamentary succession law system comes out,along with the increase of marriages and families in different law system.For the law is difficult to be unified,we should research on the relative system in Hongkong,Marcao and Taiwan to improve testamentary succession system in mainland. |
