| Abstract: | To make a comprehensive survey of the gambling and chess process of organizing trade unions in Wal-Mart and of the organizing mode formed in the process,people will get helpful references of organizing trade unions in FIEs. By analyzing this case,we would get new inspirations of how to organize trade union, what trade union we should have,how to give full play to trade union's role and so on. |
