关于处理好高校民主党派基层组织与中共党委关系的思考

共产党领导、多党派合作、共产党执政、多党派参政的多党合作的政治格局,是我国政党制度的显著特征,也是我国政党关系的基本内涵。这一新型政党关系模式深深植根于中国社会各个组织当中,高校民主党派成员要充分认识这一政党关系,处理好与中共各级组织的关系,为建设和谐校园发挥参政党的作用。然而,目前高校多党合作制度的实践在制度完善和理念创新上存在薄弱环节。本文从政治、价值观、制度等层面分析了高校政党关系,并提出了一些相关参考意见。

Thinking of Dealing with Relations between Democratic Party Organizations at the Grass-roots Level in High Schools with the Party Committee of CPC

The political pattern of multi-party cooperation with the leadership of the communist party, the multi-party cooperation, the governance of the communist party, the political participation of multi-party, is a notable feature of political party system in China, is also the basic connotation of the relations between political parties. The new political party relation model is deeply rooted in each organization of Chinese society, the democratic partiesj members in high schools must fully understand the relations between political parties, deal the relationship with the communist party organizations at all levels properly, and try their best to play the role of the participating parties for the construction of a harmonious campus. However, at present the practices of the multi-party cooperation system have weak links in system improvement and ideas innovation. This paper analyses the relations between political parties in high schools from the points of politics, values, system, and puts forward some relevant suggestions.
