| 摘 要： | 高校图书馆团队是以提高图书馆服务质量为目的，围绕共同目标，由技能互补并愿意为共同目标而相互承担责任的图书馆人员所组成的各种形式的互动系统。高校图书馆团队具有一般组织的要素。团队建设对于高校图书馆转变管理模式具有重要意义，应根据学校的具体情况，建立适合本校需要的团队。

| Abstract: | University library team is a system consisted by people of different qualifications who are willing to work for the common target and responsibility to enhance the service quality of university library. University library team is taken on all elements of an ordinary organization. It is with significance in transforming the management mode, so a library team suit to a university must be established according to the unique situation of the specific university. |
