A Research on the Administrative Factor in Criminal Interpretation

Taking the status of co-interpreter, independent producer and potential influencer, administrative organ frequently exerts important role in interpretation course of criminal judicature. Although these roles have different power contents and logic under specific interpretation system, they impact the interpretation power of Supreme People's Court and the impartiality of its conclusion.
