试论解放思想与昭阳区的经济发展

昭通市昭阳区脱贫致富奔小康的任务仍然非常艰巨和繁重,其根本原因之一就是相当一部分干部和群众思想的解放程度不够,实事求是的政治品质不强,“等、靠、要”和“小富即安”、“小进则满”的观念还根深蒂固。因此,进一步从理论和实践上研究和探讨解放思想与昭阳区经济发展的关系有重大的现实意义。

On Emancipating Thinking and Developing Economics in Zhaoyang City

It's very hard and arduous that the task casts off the poor and achieves the rich in Zhaoyang area of Zhaotong city. One of the causes is not emancipating thinking in varying degrees in rather a part of cadres and masses, and lacking practical and realistic political qualities, "waiting for, being dependent on others, asking others for," and "little rich not to do further", "little further not to do more". So it's significant realistically that further research and discuss the relation between emancipating thinking and advancing economy in Zhaoyang area.
