| 摘 要： | 近年来家庭虐待事件在社会生活中屡见不鲜,家庭虐待现象的形成原因也是多方面的。目前我国现行法律对家庭受虐者提供的保护并不完善。要充分保护家庭受虐者的合法权益,必须进一步完善我国相应的法律规定,让法律为家庭受虐者提供最强有力的保护。
