| 摘 要： | 近年来,无名流浪者因交通事故致死的事件时有发生。由于我国法律规定存在的缺失和空白,导致在司法实践中就原告主体资格、人身损害赔偿金额、赔偿金的处置等问题,产生了分歧和疑惑。本文对以上问题提出了与当前实际操作完全不同的观点。

| Abstract: | Summary:The affairs have often occurred that unknown vagabond died of transportation cause in recent years.Because of the imperfection and blanks in our laws,there are disagreements and puzzles in judicatory practice such as plaintiff corpus qualifications,the amount of money about human body indemnity,the treatment of money,etc.The author puts forward some different points to the current practical operation. |
