| Abstract: | In the new era , in order to strengthen the style construction and forge stronger ties between the people and police, the following requirements must be held : strengthen service consciousness ,and perfect the mechanism of serving the people ;enforce laws strictly , and serve the people enthusiastically ; make police affairs more transparent ; standardize law -enforcing procedures; forge a highly qualified police contingent in accordance with the people's wishes. |
