21st century is the information century.E-gov. has become a direction of the gov.-develo-pment.Seeing from all over the world,e-gov developes very quickly.Chinese government meets lots of predicaments in the construction of e-gov.Such as basic construction isn't enough,stressing electronic, and belittling gov.affairs,being lack of training official,law and regulations refered aren't sound,and opening conflicts on culture of bureaucratism.It illustrates that we must face many challenges of different fields and different orders.
