社会转型期农民市民化问题研究

目前我国正在进入社会转型加速期，伴随着工业化和城市化的不断推进，农民向城市的大量涌入给我国传统的城乡二元结构体系带来了巨：赶的冲击和挑战，与此同时，传统“农民”的内涵悄然发生着改变。这构成了“农民”理论创新与社会政策体系重构的宏观历史背景。农业的现代化和农民问题的根本解决，是伴随着农民实现非农化转移，实现身份和职业上的转变，即通过农民向市民转变的市民化进程来实现的，这是一个长期而艰难的进程，同时这也是一个必然的进程。

Theory Explanation of Citizenization in social transformation period

Today,China is in the social transformation accelerating period,together with the constant advancement of industrialization and urbanization,a large amount of farmers rush to the city.This action brings great impact and challenge to China's dualistic rural-urban structure formed in the traditional planned economic system.At the same time,the conception of "farmer" has been changing,which provides a macroscopic background for the reconstruction of theory about "farmer" and rural policy system.A basic conclusion of this article is: the ultimate solution to the agricultural modernization and the farmers' problem lies in the realization of the farmers' non-agricultural transition and the transformation both in their identity and occupation,i.e.,though the process of citizenization from farmer to citizen.This is a long,hard process,and an inevitable process.
