| Abstract: | The objective of circular economy is to achieve ecological effect, which is hard to obtain just through improving the efficiency of ecological economy and practicing the 3R rules (reduce, reuse and recycle). However, we need to change our ideas and design this innovatively. Only oriented by ecological effect could the legislation on circular economy construct its law scope, branch law and legal relationship. |
