简论我国实行收费公路政策的必要性

我国的收费公路政策对我国公路建设和国民经济发展起了巨大的推动作用。近年来,收费公路政策虽然存在一些问题,但是经过国家的治理整顿已基本好转。而且,从我国目前公路发展难以满足国民经济增长需求这一现状来看,今后公路建设的任务仍十分繁重。因此,目前还必须继续实行收费公路政策,而不应取消这一政策。

On the Necessity of China's Toll Highway Policy

China's toll highway has had an important propelling effect on China's highway construction and the development of national economy.In recent years,there exist some problems in toll highway system.But the situation is getting much better after government's rectification.Furthermore,China's highway development at present cannot meet the increasing needs of the national economy,and there is still a long way to go in constructing more highways.Taking the above-mentioned reasons into consideration,we should adhere to the toll highway policy instead of canceling it.
