关于我市工会系统固定资产管理现状的调研报告

近年来,本市各级工会自上而下开始重视固定资产管理工作,建立起一系列规范化制度,全市管理水平整体有所提升。但混乱现象依然在较大范围存在,究其原因,主要是工会资产意识淡薄,管理意识欠强,管理队伍素质不高等。今后,应从努力营造搞好工会固定资产管理的良好社会氛围、扎扎实实建立和完善工会固定资产管理制度、有效提高工会固定资产管理队伍的业务素质、尽快建立固定资产管理信息化系统诸方面,采取强有力的改进措施。
