| 摘 要： | 按要素分配是适应社会主义初级阶段多种所有制形式并存的经济结构而提出的行之有效的分配方式,它不仅必要而且可能。按要素分配的理论依据是物化劳动创造商品价值。因此按要素分配不仅没有违背劳动价值论,而且是在新的历史条件下对劳动价值的发展和认识的深化。
