| 摘 要： | 经济增长理论中对科技进步的强调占据非常重要的位置，但是发达国家经济学家自身存在的认识论缺陷，使其不可能科学地认识科技进步与经济增长的关系，也就不可能科学地论述科技进步在增长理论及模型中的作用和地位。因此，必须遵循马克思的方法论从理论为实际的反映人手，建立科学的分析模型，并指导中国经济增长方式的转变实践。

| Abstract: | The relation between work force and economical growth has caused endless discussion in the field of economy.Many research models based on different theories have been set up but none has grasped the crux of the matter.Marx's economical growth model deeply shows that work force,as the core element,has great effect on economical growth.And based on this,the substance,usage and manner of manpower capital investment has been revealed.It tells us that the progress of human society lies in the accumulative investment in manpower capital.And the accumulative investment in manpower capital means the accumulation of science and technology,i.e.work experience.It clearly points out that manpower capital investment will bring about the increase in social production rate and personal income so as to promote the growth in economy. |
