工会应关注灵活就业人员、进城务工人员的社会保险问题

由于灵活就业人员的劳动关系和社会保险关系的非正规性,这些劳动者往往难以纳入社会保障的覆盖范围。随着这一劳动群体规模的不断扩大,我们应该加强对灵活就业人员的社会保险问题的调查、分析、研究,制定和完善灵活就业人员的社会保障政策,并纳入工会的视野和立法源头参与、层层维权监管的行动之中,切实维护好这一特殊劳动群体的社会保障权益。

The Trade Union should give the concerns to the social insurance problem of the flexible employment personnel and the migrant workers

Because of the non- regularization between the labor relation and the social insurance relation of the flexible employment personnel, usually, it is very difficult bring these migrant workers into the covered scope of the social insurance. Along with the unceasing expansion of the scale from the labor crowd, we should strengthen the investigation analyses studies on the problem of the social security of the flexible employment personnel and draw up and improve the social security policies towards the flexible employment personnel, and then, we will bring it into the field of vision of the trade unions and source of legislation and participate in the activities for maintaining the rights to work at all levels and supervision, and we should maintain the rights and interests of the social insurance securities for this crowd of workers.
