| 摘 要： | 新军事变革引发了军事领域一系列革命性变化，我军必须进行军事理论创新，以理论带动军队建设的发展。江泽民认为，我军要在新的实践中进一步继承和发展毛泽东军事思想、邓小平新时期军队建设思想，积极探索新形势下治军和军事斗争准备的特点和规律，丰富和发展有中国特色的军事理论。江泽民的军事理论创新思想，有力地推动了我军新时期的军事理论创新。

| Abstract: | In keeping with a series of revolutional changes in military field, we must promote innovation in the military theory and bring along army building with the theory.Jiang Zemin holds that it is necessary for the army to carry on and develop Mao Zedong＇s military thinking and Deng Xiaoping＇s thinking on army building in the new period, actively explore the characteristics and laws for running the army and ensuring military preparedness under the new conditions, and enrich and develop the military theory with Chinese characteristics. This thinking of Jiang Zemin has strongly pushed forward innovation in the military theory of the army in the new period. |
