| 摘 要： | 要落实中国特色的情报警务战略,必须加强执行力的研究。通过对一些西方发达国家和我国情报警务现状的分析,文章提出情报警务在执行能力方面存在的问题,并从新的视角提出情报警务战略执行者应当具备的10种能力,以及提升警务战略执行力的必要途径。

| Abstract: | It is necessary to strengthen the research of executive capacity while carrying out the strategy of Intelligence-Led Policing with Chinese features.After the analysis to ILP situation in some western developed countries and China,the paper points out the main problems and reasons in the field of executive capacity and stresses ten kinds of capacities which the ILP executive should possess and the crucial method to improve ILP executive capacity. |
