关于提高我国行政领导者素质的思考

行政领导者素质是领导者实施领导行为的内在因素,是开展领导活动的前提和基础,它从根本上决定着领导行为的成败,进而影响到群众或组织的利益.本文分析了目前我国行政领导者素质存在的主要问题及其产生的原因.在此基础上,从完善选拔机制;完善干部培训制度,推进行政领导者职业生涯建设;完善监督机制等方面,提出了提高我国行政领导者素质的具体对策.
