关于提高我国行政领导者素质的思考

摘    要:行政领导者素质是领导者实施领导行为的内在因素,是开展领导活动的前提和基础,它从根本上决定着领导行为的成败,进而影响到群众或组织的利益.本文分析了目前我国行政领导者素质存在的主要问题及其产生的原因.在此基础上,从完善选拔机制;完善干部培训制度,推进行政领导者职业生涯建设;完善监督机制等方面,提出了提高我国行政领导者素质的具体对策.

Abstract:The quality of administrative leaders is leading the implementation of the internal factors of leadership behavior,is the premise and basis of developing leadership activities,it fundamentally determines the success or failure of leadership behavior,then affects the people or the interests of the organization.This paper analyzes the main problems existing in the Chinese administrative leadership qualifies and the causes.On this basis, from the perfect selection mechanism; perfect the cadre training system,promoting the administrative leader occupation career construction;improve the supervision mechanism,put forward the Countermeasures of China's administrative leadership qualities.
